Not Quite a Chimp, Not Quite a Man

The realization startles you from your reverie. Taking a few slow breaths, you test your voice. It's louder than before, thanks to your new more powerful lungs, but it's also distinctly higher. Only slightly, but enough to be clearly noticable. Softer, too, if just a bit. In an attempt to reassure yourself, you slowly and calmly state your name, your age, and a few other facts about yourself. Knowing your memories are intact helps calm you down a bit, but now you're certain that your voice has changed.

You raise a hand to your throat as you speak, and find your Adam's appple is gone, along with some of the neck thickness you'd developed a moment ago. You hang in place from the cabinet, trying to put the pieces together, legs dangling freely. A cramp starts developing in your stomach as you support their weight. You look down at your new, honed stomach muscles, glistening with a thin mist of sweat. Your stomach gurgles.

Well, no use thinking on an empty stomach. One of your free foot-hangs grabs a banana from the bunch, and the other joins in to strip the peel away and pass it to your free hand. You absentmindedly snack as you try to think, only to feel your stomach tense up again, harder this time. You let go of the cabinet and clamber down from the counter, making your way over to the bed. As you sit down, you catch a glimpse of your chest muscles, which seem a bit bigger than they should be. In fact, your hips seem a bit wide too. The cramp in your stomach intensifies, flexing your abs over and over. Tense, relax. Tense, relax. Each twitch seems to leave your stomach a bit smaller, your waist a bit thinner. And it's making the emptiness in your stomach worse.

You grab another banana from the bunch, a larger one. This time you don't even bother peeling it, biting straight through with your sharp, powerful teeth. Hmm. The peel tastes better than you'd thought. You keep eating. This helps the emptiness in your stomach, thank god, but your abs are still working your waist thinner and thinner.

Instead of fighting the changes there, the food seems to be going straight to your thighs, which are getting bigger and softer, if no less muscular. Your hip bones and tail bone start to make an ominous creaking noise, and you wriggle your slowly growing butt on the bed as you feel the bones shifting, widening. You feel something pushing out at the small of your back, and your hand darts there to discover a thin tail slowly pushing out, an invisible force pulling your spine steadily but painlessly out, fur spreading from your back down the length of the new appendage, until you have a long, furry, three-foot tail sticking out from above your ass. You feel that strange tingling in the back of your mind again as the tail hooks up to your brain, and suddenly you can sense and control it just like another limb. You roll its tip between your fingers, feeling the touch from both directions, eliciting a soft coo from your lips, muffled by yet another banana you're scarfing down. The sound surprises you slightly, but by now you've figured out what's going on. You're not just turning into a monkey-person, you're turning into a monkey-woman. And it feels niiiice.

The next banana finishes off your thighs, adding the final layer of baby-soft fat over your dense and powerful leg muscles. The one after that rounds out your ass, leaving them plush but firm, the rolling of your tail sending wonderful ripples through them. You squirm in place on the bed, delighting in the sensations. As you go to grabe the next banana from the neverending bunch, your shoulder pops loose for a second, the socket readjusting into a new, less broad-shouldered position before pulling your arm back into place. Whatever's fueling this change, it's kind enough to keep any of this from hurting. The other shouder quickly follows, and you roll your new, narrower shoulders to test their movement. Everything seems to be in order, so you go back to eating more bananas.

As you wrap your lips around the next one, you feel them plumping up around it, pursing out in a subtle but alluring pout that you roll your tongue over, delighted by the newfound plushness and sensitivity. As it goes down, you feel a growing weight in your pecs, slowly growing fat and tissue pushing them out into proper breasts. They grow slowly but surely, ducts and nerves and flesh blooming into existence, fueled by your continued feast. As you grab the next banana from teh bunch, you unintentionally brush it against a nipple, sending a jolt down through your stomach. That felt good. Your hips jerk involuntarily. The next piece of fruit finishes your breasts off, leaving you with a set of pert B-cups on your powerful frame.
