You walked towards the infant section of the boys clothing. You could see a range of different items for different ages. In the newborn section, there were boxes of different brands of diapers. From the all known pampers to huggies, to the off brand diapers. The off brand kind didn't have a picture of a child wearing the product on the box, not even a name. It was just a picture of a cloud shaped like a diaper. Then there were really tiny socks and clothing. They were so small the neck hole of the shirts looked like they can barely fit your foot.
Then you noticed there was the toddler part of the clothing. The toddler area had clothing that ranged from 1 year of age to either 3 or 4 years. Thankfully, the racks and shelves were labeled the age they were made for.
The 1 year and 2 years old were close together. They both had the same kind of diapers from the newborn rack, but they were larger in size. The clothes consisted of overalls, shirts and pants, and even onesie. All of them had at least one cartoon like character; and the onesie were in two different pairs, sleeves and sleeveless. The sleeveless didn't have any arm or leg sleeves. So all it did was cover the diapers area if pants or an other type of outerwear was worn.
Then came the last few shelves and racks. The diaper wear was more training pants than diapers. There were very few diapers, but they were mostly either the night time wearing or the store brand. It was a little odd that this 'magic' store had their own brand. The training pants were just different brands of pull ups. Unsurprisingly enough, there was a store brand. This one had one of those lenticular pictures that moved based on where you are looking at it. You spent a minute mesmerized by the blond boy barely sliding it down and up. The clothes were casual shirts and pants with very few designs on them. There was one yellow shirt that had a teddy bear pulling a red wagon. It also had some words on it, "I'm off to grandma's, Ill send you a postcard when I'm there". The quote made you smile a little.
Then there was the very little amount of night wear. It was mostly footy pjs, but the ones that weren't pjs were button up shirts with pants that had the same design. The button up shirts were either plaid or just one color. The pants were either the same color or design as the shirt.
Now that you saw the infant section, you were unsure if you should try on something or go to the teens.
