The wolf like human licked her lips, as the transformation began. I could feel flight feathers beginning to poke out of my hand. My arms were rapidly beginning to take the shape of wings. I flapped them awkwardly in spiht of myself, finding it to be surprising easy. " Please hurry, " the wolf said I'm dying for lunch. No!, I would not let that greedy wolf eat me!
As soon as I could, I took off, stretching my new wings and soaring thought the air.
Thank goodness!, I thought, as I had now broken though the tree cover and was flying above the jungle, I made it!
I did a loop-t-loop though the air, again finding it as easy as walking. Only now I was walking on air. Literally.
I decided to soar over the jungle, to find if there was any end to it. But as far as I could see, there was only jungle.
Strange.
Surely the jungle couldn't really go on forever, could it?
In the distance, I could see the beautiful sunset, stretching over the land.
This was my new home, and I intended to keep it. ...
