As Katie and Kellie now sat on the bwnch watching Gloria play with her new friends both teens were astounded by what they saw.
The three girls seemed to seamlessly fit in with the other children on the playground now, oblivious to the fact they were middle age adults only moments ago. Kellie smiled as she watched Gloria happily play. "You did great Katie," she said.
Katie smiled as she looked over hwr handiwork. "Thanks Kel just glad Gloria seems happy."
"I do have one queation for you Katie," Kellie said. "How were you able to change their clothes? We've never done that before."
Katie now looked down at her ring, a curious look spreading across her face. "I'm not sure," she said. "When i started making them younger I realized that they wouldn't have anything to wear. I guess thw ring helped me out."
"Good thing it did," Kellie giggled. "Three girls runnimg around half dressed in baggy clothes would of been hard to explain."
"Excuse me," a woman's voice asked. "I was hoping you could help us."
Katie and Kellie turned to see three womwn in their early to mid thirties looking at them. The women all looked very similar to the three girls who now ran on the playground.
"I was wondering if you could help us," a brunette woman asked. "The three of us were supposed to be meeting our mothers by this bench. Have you seen them?"
Katie and Kellie looked at eachother and smiled. Silently Katie now made a silent wish.
Both teens watched as a glazed look came over all three women. Reality now adjusted itself as mwmories bwgan to flood into Katie, Kellie and the women. The three women, who were all 33 or 34, were relatively young parents who often times used Katie or Kellie to babysit. Today they had decided to meet up at the park and ironically run into Katie, Kellie, and Gloria. The girls were all in the same class together and often times played after school or on weekends. Katie and Kellie went so far as to bring the girls together when they were babysitting so that they could see eachother.
Shaking her head the brunette women turned and smiled.
"Katie, Kellie," she said. "So great to see you."
Katie and Kellie smiled. "Hi Mrs. Fisher how are you?"
"I'm having a good day so far," she said. "You know how Jackie is though. That girl is always in such a rush. She couldn't waot to get here and see Diane and Felicia. Guess were lucky she got to see Gloria as well."
Katie smirked as she looked at the little brunette girl. It seemed that no matter what age Jackie was patience wasn't her strong suit.
"I did want to ask you two a question though," Mrs. Fisher said beckoning to the othwr women at her side. "The three of us were hoping for a girls night this Friday. Do you think either of you could watch the girls at the end of the week?"
"I dont see it being a problem," Katie said. "Krllir usually watches Gloria on Friday nights. We could have the four of them together. "
"That would be fantastic," Mrs. Fisher exclaimed. "And im sure the girls will be excited to be able to hangout together."
Katie and Kellie nodded and smiled as Mrs. Fisher began to talk with the other women. "Not bad Katie," Kellie whispered. "At this rate we're going to make a fortune in babysitting grown down adults."
Katie laughed as she watched the girls play. After only having the ring for a week things were already changing for the better. Shr now wondered what the week ahead would bring as she gazed out over the playground.
