Feeling around, I discovered that I had been placed in some sort of den. Browd day light shone from the outside, lighting up the small cave a bit.
I looked around. I appeared to be somewhere in the African plains...
Wait a minute.
Oh. No.
How the heck did I end up here?!
I realized with a start that I had somehow been transported to what looked to be a cheetah's den!
' Chirrrrrrrrrrrrrp!!!! ' I cryed.
Everything had gone wrong.
I should never entered that old cave.
And now, because of my mistake, I was stuck- as a cheetah- in Africa.
' How did I get myself in to this mess? ' I wondered.
Then I stopped again.
My thoughts. They were still human. That meant that even though I looked like a cheetah, I was still a man on the inside.
Suddenly, a kind of barking sound, interrupted my train of thought. It was another cheetah. And a girl cheetah at that. And it was coming this way...
I tried to hide, as my new ears picked up the sound getting closer, and closer, and closer.
' How did I know it was a female cheetah? ' I pondered to myself, finally reaching a divot in the floor that would previde my need to hide.
It almost came like an instinct, the need to hide when another animal was aproching.
Then I sniffed. The sent coming from the other cheetah, was not foreign. No, it was almost as if I recognized it.
I looked around in frite, when a voice said strangely in my mind: " I have let you start your life over. From now on the cheetah that you currently scent is your mothers, and you are her last and only cub. "
It was that wolf's voice, that was speaking to me! I growled in frustration.
But it was to late to try and run. The sun had just been blocked by this new cheetah-mother's presence...
