Colin frantically looked around and saw a large rectangular protrusion with a pannel on the left-hand side.
"Bingo!" Colin shouted.
The gamer drug the bro dude Ron to the opening and furiously tapped the "Call Elevator" button.
"Come on... come onnnnn.... COME ON!" Colin shouted as the banging at the door grew louder.
Like a beam of hope the elevator doors opened and the two rushed inside, Colin smacking the button for the first floor as he stepped in. The metal doors slid shut as they made their descent.
"*Phew*, that was close." Colin said while wiping his sweaty brow.
Colin and Ron awkwardly waited around as the floor number displayed in red LED dropped lower and lower. The moments drug on and on and onnnnnnnn, it was just too much to bear.
"So, uhhhhhhh.... thanks for helpin' me out back there, my dude... my man... my compadre!" Ron awkwardly said while slapping a stilted high-five.
"Huh?... Oh yeah! No problem, just choose to... oh, yah know... help. Woooo. Yaaaaay." Colin nervously said while waving his arms like an idiot.
The crushing, awkward silence returned soon after, broken only by the occasional cough or embarrassing fart (all that running loosened up the pipes, you know).
Suddenly, it stopped at floor 14.
"That's not the first floor." Ron said.
"Yeah, it isn't." Colun seconded.
