Katie slid into her bed that evening smiling to herself. She could scarecely believe she was so in love, and that the object of her affection was her former mother. No one remembered this except her....and even knowing it, she felt nothing wrong with that fact. She wasn't sure if the magic of the ring was responsible for this, or just her own changing perceptions. She began to worry now that maybe she'd done so much so quickly. After all, until recently she was actually a little girl. She couldn't be sure that her feelings were genuine. She also knew that she'd promised not to change Kellie without talking to her, but til now, she'd not told her this most deep secret.
"I need to know what I feel for sure...." Katie thought a moment. "I have two options. Turn mom back, and come clean, or come clean right now. I could always turn things back, erase our memories of everything up 'til now and just wish away the ring, or something else."
Katie frowned as she pondered what to do.
