Lisa sat in the car feeling more scared than she had been before, she thought using the ring wouldn't be so hard, but as her experience had show, the old phrase was quite true: be careful of what you wish for.
After waiting for what seemed like forever to her, Katie and Claudia arrived on the scene and the 11 year old Lisa got out of the car and hugged her adopted daughter.
"I'm sorry Katie, I'm so sorry, I'm....I'm never going to use the ring again....not on me....not on anyone, I just....I can't deal with it like you can." Lisa said as she cried.
"I'm sorry mom, I know you always think you know what's best, but sometimes there are things that you and sometimes I don't fully understand." Katie said.
"Okay, well could you please just....wish me back to normal?" Lisa asked as she gave Katie the ring.
"I wish my mom, Lisa, was physically back to 35 again." Katie wished as Lisa progressed and became a full grown woman again.
"Every time I see that, it still amazes me. I gotta say Lisa, if I were your age, I would so totally have a crush on you." Claudia complimented.
"I'm telling Mika." Katie smirked.
"Shut up." Claudia said hitting Katie on the arm a little bit.
"So mom, besides....yourself, did you happen to change anyone else?" Katie asked.
"Well....I might have changed our little neighbor Daphne into a full grown woman, but that's about it." Lisa admitted.
"Miss Daphne? She used to be a little girl? I suppose I can see that, but still she seems like a nice lady." Katie said.
"Yeah, when she isn't eyeing Mike or Sebastian." Claudia said.
"Girls, look I appreciate helping me out here, but Katie, after that little slip up. I don't want to ever remember you having that ring, so could you....erase my memory of that?" Lisa asked.
"What? But...but I came out to you with it and I trust you with it's secret just like I do Kellie and all my other friends." Katie explained.
"That's fine that you and Kellie, and your other friends can deal with it honey but....I just can't, so please, I'm asking you as your mother: please erase that memory from my mind." Lisa asked.
"Okay mom, I understand." Katie nodded.
"I wish my mom, Lisa, never found out about the ring." Katie wished as Lisa's attitude shifted from worried to happy and excited.
"Oh, thanks for helping me out with my car, honey. I gotta go or I might be late for my date with Jason." Lisa said as she kissed Katie goodbye and drove off.
"Are you sure you did the right thing?" Claudia asked.
"Claudia, I just want my mom to be happy. Now since we're hanging out for a little bit it seems, how about we go find Ms. Walters?" Katie said as she and Claudia headed off in Claudia's car.
