"Brad," Victoria told him as they sat on her couch "I haven't been entirely honest with you."
"You're not seeing anyone else, are you?" Brad asked with a concerned look on his face.
"No," Victoria replied with a nervous smile, "I promise it's nothing like that at all. The truth of the matter is....well......I'm actually.....an anime girl."
"So you like anime?" Brad said with a smile, "That's nothing to be ashamed of. I thought it was something serious for a bit there."
"Well, I do like anime," Victoria continued with a nervous smile, "but I'm also an actual anime girl. Maybe it would make more sense if I just showed you."
And with that, Victoria's eyes widened to anime proportions, her nose became pointed and thin from the sides, her head became slightly larger, her hair volume increased slightly, and her entire body looked as thought it had be hand-drawn, colored, and animated to life by a pro.
Brad witnessed it all and was completely surprised by it all. “What the-“ he said in confusion, “I… I didn’t know what to say. How are you a real life anime character? Where did you come from? How did you get here?”
Victoria tilted her head and could tell that he was confused. "It’s funny you ask these questions. You see Brad," Victoria said as she explained "I'm from another dimension - one that people from your dimension would call an 'anime' world. It's a very chaotic and random place where people turn into chibis, can sprout the ears and tail of any number of cute animals, where magical girls, fairies, monsters, and all other kinds of exciting races and creatures exist. One day someone might pilot a giant robot to fight a giant monster in a serious battle, the next day they might find themselves regressed to a baby, toddler, or child - all just for comedic effect! I needed a break from all of that, so I came to your dimension and disguised myself as a woman from your dimension, but.....I never expected to fall in love with you. I just couldn't keep this secret from you anymore. You don't think I'm....a freak, do you?"
Brad simply looked at her with understanding, and told her with a smile, "Of course not - you're a kind and beautiful woman. I'm glad you chose to be honest with me. Besides, I always wished that my girlfriend were an anime girl. I didn’t think I would get one quite literally.”
Victoria heard that and was ecstatic with anime like hearts that appeared on her head. Quickly, she embraced him with a deep hug and kissed him in the lips. Immediately letting go, she said in a shy tone, “Thank you for understanding. I’m amazed that you would accept me as your girlfriend, even after what I said.”
Bard smiles and was okay with this turn of events. “Of course, I’m all right with who you are.” He said to her, “Though this does raise a few questions, like.......how did you even get here in the first place?"
"I used a powerful spell." Victoria explained to him, "I made a copy of my house in the anime dimension in this one. Hell, I’ve got a portal to my Anima world in my closet if I ever wanted to return to my world.”
“And the way you turn yourself into the anime version of yourself… Can you change yourself here in whatever you wanted in this world as well?” he asked her.”
“Absolutely!” Victoria responded back, “Like everyone else in the anime world, I can turn into whatever I want in this world too. I can become a chibi version of myself, a catgirl, a schoolgirl, a magical girl, a Hentai creature, anything I can think of. I can even turn into a Mecca bot for you to pilot, but I need to teleport to someplace really discrete. The last thing I want is people seeing a huge robot breaking out of my home. Course, it’s all up to you. After all, I am the girlfriend of your dreams after all.”
Brad looked to this and was amazed. Victoria, his girlfriend, is an actual anime character! It was like a dream come true for him. Not to mention that she can turn herself into whatever she can be, it would be cool to have a girlfriend be whatever he wants. So looking to Victoria, he asked her, “Hey, Victoria… Can you…”
