Kelly Rainbow is a young girl who ran away from home. She found an abandoned house on the edge of town and moved in there. She adopted a few animals to live with her. These animals aren't just pets to her - they are her family! The animals currently living with her include:
Lassie: The cheery playful dog of the house. She tends to keep a positive attitude about things.
Tasha: The laidback cat who hates to be woken up.
Sarah: A funny bunny who loves to show off.
Elise: An only slightly chubby mouse who likes to gorge on food, yet amazingly, she is actually underweight.
Lily: A relatively small doe with an upbeat personality.
Katie: An unbelievably heavy sleeper of a squirrel. She's a pretty picky eater, too.
Sophie: A raccoon that will eat just about anything she can get her grubby little paws on. She's a bit of a prankster.
Daisy: A frog who almost never leaves water. Her amphibious body makes her both a great jumper and swimmer.
Sonia: The undisputed champion of kickboxing. Don't be fooled by her innocent act, this kangaroo is much tougher than she looks.
Mimi: A small gecko with a big heart. She tries to help out in any problem she can (even when they don't want it).
Kelly loves her animal friends. Sometimes, she even wishes that she was one of them. One day, thanks to a very special magic book, her wish might just becomes true....

Kelly was cleaning out her old basement. For being an abandoned house when she found it, the place has really done her well, a place where she could hang with her animal friends without having to worry about anything in the outside world.
Kelly was filling the last box with a bunch of old books. She picked up the last book and immediately sneezed all over the place.
"Whew! Dusty," she said.
Out loud, she read the title of the heavy red book.
'The Magical Book of Transformative Spells.'
Kelly just shrugged it off. She didn't believe in stuff like that. As she took the books upstairs, the transformation book fell out of the box in a pile of dust, soft enough that Kelly couldn't hear it, and opened to the Body Swap page.
One of the many animals living with Kelly was nearby and heard the book. Curious, it went down into the basement where there was a big red book open on the stairs. The animal sneezed like Kelly did. It then read the page.
"To swap bodies, think about the person who you want to swap with, and say 'Bodilia Swapfilia.'"
The animals always did envy Kelly, so it thought about her and said the spell in their tongue. But nothing happened immediately. It read the fine print.
