"Um girls a word," Mary Elise said anxiously. Katie and Kellie nodded leaving Mary's 12 year old sister with her painting. Looking around Mary Elise sighed beforr answering. "Look," she sighed. "I know you two are thinking about changing my family but can we not. I'd rather just hangout today like regular teenagers."
Katie andKellie blushed slightly but agreed to Mary Elise's request. Reentering her room Katie approached Megan to help the girl out.
The rest of the day past without incident as the girls hung out around Mary's house. Katie was a decent artist, offering advise on how Megan should proceed with her painting. The young girl took Katie's advise, finishing the painting and thanking her. Afterwards Katie, Kellie, and Mary Elise talked happily amongst themselves. Mary Elise talked of her relationship with Sebastian while Katie and Kellie told her about what had happened last night. The girls laughes amd enjoyed themselves, forgetting for a moment they had the ability to alter peoples ages.
As late morning turned to afternoon Katie and Kellie said their goodbyes. Mary Elise waved as the two began to head back towards their homes. "That was fun," Kellie mentioned. "Can't remember the last time we just hungout at someones house." Katie nodded as she grasped her girlfriends hand. "Yeah it was," she sighed. "Forgot that we can actually have fun without the ring sometimes."
The girls smiled as they turned onto the street. Looking over at Gloria's house Katie and Kellie could see Lisa walking towards the front door. Dressed in a black dress with matching heels both girls admitted that she looked amazing. Lisa noticed both girls, waving happily at them. "Bout time you two showed up," she called. "Was starting to get nervous."
"Sorry mom," Katie called.
Lisa smiled, before she could answer Jason exited the house. Turning Lisa's eyes went wide as she looked at him. Dressed in a button down shirt and tie with a pair of khakis he appeared more handsome than usual. "Wow," Lisa exclaimed. "You look fantastic." Jason smiled as he looked at Lisa. "I was going to say the same thing," he grinned. Turning towards Katie and Kellie he smiled. "Thanks again Kellie," he said. "We shouldn't be too long. Oh amd by the way Gloria's friend Jackie is over tonight, hope its not too big a problem."
"No it's fine," Kellie said. "I've watched Jackie before, shes a sweetheart."
Jason sighed in relief as he took Lisas hand, the two waved as they entered his car and drove off.
As thebtwobgirls entered the house they could hear Gloria and Jackie happily talking upstairs. Kellie smiled as she called to her. "Okay Kellie," Gloria called. "We'll be down in a little while." Satisfied Kellie plopped dowm on the couch next Katie and begam flipping through channels.
"Glad she finally has some friends," Kellie said. "Don't get me wrong I always love hanging out with her but was always a bit sad that she didn't have any friends her own age."
"Guess we did a good thing when we made Jackie her age huh," Katie smirked. Kellie nudged her girlfriend playfully before sighing.
"Yeah we did," she said as she looked towards the stairs. "Still I did kind of liked being her best friend."
Katie now looked at her girlfriend, an impish thought forming in her head. "What do you mean by that Kel," she asked trting her best to hide her grin.
Kellie sighed as she continued looking towards the stairs. "Its dumb," she said. "But before we made Jackie, Diane and Felicia her age she was all by herself. I kind of liked being her confidant. I don't know sometimes...."
"Sometimes what?"
"Sometimes I kind of wish I was her best friend,"
Katie smiled impishly as she looked at Kellie. "Wish granted," she smirked.
Kellie barely had time to register what she said before a tingling sensation coirsed through her body. Shocked she now gaped at her girlfriend. "You didn't," she gasped. Katie suppressed a giggle as she took out her compact. "Why don't you see for yourself," she giggled.
Kellie hesitantly took the mirror in her hand and groaned. She was 15 again and as she watched she could see her face still growing younger.
"What the hell Kat," Kellie hissed not noticing her voice rising slightly. Katie suppressed a giggle as she looked at her girlfriend. "Look Kel," she said. "It's temporary and it will gibe you a chance to hangout with Gloria."
Krllie fumed silently as she became 14. Looking over herself she frowned noticing her breasts shrinking while her curves began to melt away. As she looked at Katie she furrowed her brow. Usually the two girls were the same height, now she could see that Katie was slightly taller.
"Well whos the babysitter then," she asked, wincing slightly at the soumd of her voice. Katie gestured to herself smiling. "You looking at her," she grinned. "And hey don't worry. I've babysat before, hey I'll even give you the money Mr.Turner was going to give you. You just go have some fun."
Kellie continied to frown as she became 13. Looking over her rapidly shrinking body she sighed in disgust before looking at her girlfriend. "I am so getting back at you for this," she said. Katie giggled, looking down at her young girlfriend. "Probably," she said. "But I bet you have an awesome time, I know I did when I was 10. Jist have some fun and trust me okay?"
"Fine," a now 12 year old Kellie huffed. "But if I don't I'm puttimg uou back in preschool for an afternoon."
Katie now ruffled the preteens hair before gently kissing her on the cheek. "I'm willing to chamce it," she said.
The two girls now looked at eachother. The 12 year old in baggy clothes looking grumpy while the 16 year old looked down at her affectionately. Katie knew Kellie wouldn't be to thrilled with this but trusted she would have fun and thank her when it was time to growup again.
