"Whoa, whoa, whoa - what?" Rachelle needed a moment to take all this in. After all, it probably wasn't common to have pint-sized pixies pop out of personal computers prattling about possibly being heroes to people and their peers. "Listen, I can maybe buy the idea that you're actually here and popped out of the computer screen and that I'm not hallucinating from that expired burrito I had for lunch, but what do you mean by 'save your world'? Do you honestly expect me to just...believe that?!"
"Well, when you put it that way..." Nexlie admitted, scratching the back of her head somewhat sheepishly. "But it's true! Our world is in grave danger and I've been sent here to find the ones who were prophesied to save it - you, Candace, and Denise."
Rachelle's jaw dropped - how did she know her roommates' names?
Nexlie let a look of relief pass over her face, now that she saw that she might be able to convince Rachelle. "The prophecy said that in the most dire of times three will be needed: one with a mind greater than-" she shuddered for a moment "-iron, one whose spirit will reach across fields, and one of cold blood and a heart of fire. They will depart from a place of creation into a time of destruction. And that they will be the key to end it."
Rachelle needed a few moments to listen and digest the prophecy Nexlie told.
