Megan's moment of triumph was cut short as the door swung open. Her mother and aunt entered the house both carrying a bag of groceries.
Thinking quickly Megan grabbed Kelly and stuffed her into one of her pockets. Kelly struggled to escape, but she didn't have the stamina to continue. Her little tussle with Megan had really worn her out.
"Megan, where is your sister?" her mother asked. "Were you watching your cousin all by yourself?"
Megan thought up a really quick lie about how Kelly had to go do something important, leaving her to watch Sara by herself. Of course both her mother and aunt believed every word of it.
Meanwhile Kelly struggled to get free of her sister. Needless to say she didn't have the strength to escape and just succeeded in wearing herself out even more.
"Well, I'm going to take my toys upstairs now!" Megan said as she climbed up the stairs to her own bedroom. Locking the door behind her, Megan set Kelly on the floor and sat down next to her.
Kelly was more than ready to try and fight Megan again. But Kelly realized that her size and fatigue put her at a serious disadvantage.
"So what do you plan to do to me?" Kelly asked her sister.
Megan didn't say a word. She simply smiled a devilish grin and withdrew the Reducer from her pocket. She began to mess with the controls.
Kelly knew what was coming next and she didn't want to stick around. Pure instinct told Kelly to run away. Even though she knew it was fruitless, Kelly made a mad dash for the locked door.
Kelly could hear the gun powering up just as she reached the door.
