Your eyes came to rest on the costume of a bird. But not just any old bird, it was a falcon.
Falcons happened to be one of your most favorite animals, with lions and snakes also in that line up.
Going over to the suit, you resisted the ever present temptation of choosing yet another animal costume.
Upon reaching it, you felt the need to strip down, and after doing so, began to put on the suit.
After about a minute of struggling to fit into the costume, a slight pinch makes you pause.
One of the feathers poking out feels fluffyer, well, to be more exact, Real.
You try pulling it, and fine that doing so causes a small ache.
Suddenly you got all over.
You try to take the costume off, but feel as if you’re trying to rip out your own skin!
The falcon suit seems to have “bonded” with you!!
Imedently, more feather become “real” feeling.
The tail seems to really be your own, as time progresses.
Still your body appears to not have any problems with this. It’s as if your have always been a bird.
A beak forms.
Your ears reduce to mere holes.
A sudden spark, and your eyes have gained eagle vision.
Your turn into claws.
Feathers now fully cover you, and your arms look much more like wings than any human’s arms should look like.
Last but not least, is your size change.
You begin to shrink smaller and smaller, until you obviously look just like any other faconiform.
‘What. In the world. Just happened.’ you think.
Trying to speak English out loud though, is impossible. All that comes out is a sad screech.
You try once more, but still the same tiring skquak.
Luckily, flying comes naturally, so you swoop over to the beginning of the animal costume rows.
Then an idea suddenly pops into your mind!
If you’re a bird then you can fly, like you just did, and escape through the hole!
If not for the reduce of your size, you may not have been able to even fit through the hole.
Pushing off the ground with all your might, you rocket yourself twoards the cavern’s ceiling...
