Kellie could hardly believe she was back in her old reality. She had thought she had been banned from here for eternity. Of course, things were still not the same as they had. She was no longer Katie's mother or Lisa's sister, which wasn't the case the last time she was here either. She wasn't even Maggie and Lee's daughter. She wondered how her former family was effected by this new reality. But whether they were family or lovers, Kellie wanted to find Katie again.
She took a long stroll through the wooded area until she could see the suburban houses. She supposed she could go to Katie and Lisa's house, but that might be too forward, not to mention awkward. She could just wait to meet Katie and Lisa at school, though Kellie didn't want to wait that long. Of course, Kellie could just find Katie on her own, though it would seem like a slim chance of finding her around here.
However, Kellie did have on advantage: her own Ring of Age. After so many years of using it, it was practically second-nature to it. And according to Merlin, it was basically the training wheels for her own magical powers. Which means she'll soon be able to do magic on her own outside of the normal parameters of the ring. But there was another advantage in having it in that two magical items of the exact same nature tend to be drawn towards each other. So eventually, Kellie will run into Katie or vice versa. The main question where could that place be.
