The Andersons spent an hour in the baths, trying out the swimming pool, and also the various cold and hot tubs. With no other guests around in all (which was still a little strange), it was a pleasant way of passing the time.
It also looked quite nice too. And expensive. Whoever built this place really did make it look like an actual used Greek bathhouse, complete with the hand crafted frescoed walls and ceilings.

“You all ready to go yet?”, John asked.
“I want to try out the sauna,” said Julie, pointing towards a wooden door not too far away.
“Ooh, they have one? How about we go there together?” said Sharon. “Derrick, come on, you can look at your phone later.”
“Fine,” he uttered, as he dropped his phone down. The family walked over to the door, which sported the label ‘Steam Room’, and more mythical Greek creatures and figures carved onto the wood. Sharon pulled the handle open, and a large cloud of refreshing steam poured out.
The inside of the steam room was surprisingly large, almost like they could fit in an extra large hot tub in the center. The circular room was lined with a long round bench, decorated with orange, white and brown tiles like the walls.
“Huh. Shouldn’t there be a coal pit or something?”, Derrick wondered, looking around the room. There wasn’t one in sight, and yet the room was still filled with heat and vapor.
“Yeah, weird,” said Julie. The family sat down together on the bench, and sat back as they let the steam work into their pores. They all pleasantly sighed.
As they relaxed, their bodies started to change...
