“Okay I’m next,” Katie stated. Everyone now turned as she walked to the table. “Like the confidence kid,” Lisa grinned. “So who are you challenging?”
Katie smiled as she looked at Lisa. “Well it’s not so much me as we,” she grinned. “I was thinking me and Kellie versus Ashley and Jennifer.”
Ashley and Jennifer gaped at Katie as they looked towards the table. “Is that even allowed,” Ashley asked. Lisa smiled as she looked the girls over. “Yeah I think so,” she mused. “I’ve got extra cups so what do you say girls? You four ready?”
Ashley and Jennifer shrugged as they now joined Katie at the table. “Cmon Kellie were up,” Katie smirked. Kellie sighed as she too now stood at the table. “Ugh are you sure you know what your doing Kat,” Kellie whined. “Ash and Jen are probably a lot better at this than we are.”
“She’s not lying Katie,” Jennifer stated. “Me and Ash usually win. You sure you want to do this? Chances are your going to be joining Claudia in tiny town.”
“Oh it’s on,” Katie said with a smirk. “Me and Kellie still remember that first week we started dating. We’ve been wanting to knock you two down a peg or two ever since.”
“Okay your funeral,” Ashley smirked. “Just say we didn’t warn you.”
“Katie do you think you can handle the ring and play at the same time,” Lisa asked. Katie nodded as she looked at her mom. “I can handle this mom don’t worry, now excuse me while me and Katie put Ashley and Jennifer back in training bras.”
“Ohh I am so going to enjoy watching you two go backwards through grade school,” Ashley smirked. “And as a show of good sportsmanship we’ll even let you shoot first.” Ashely and Jennifer rolled the balls towards Katie and Kellie. The two teens now picked them up tentatively as they looked at their opponents.
Lisa now went about setting up cups for each girl. Twenty cups were now lined up on each side for the tag team match. Satisfied Lisa now went about explaining the rules. “Okay so each cup is still worth one year,” she said. “Everyone has their cups lined up in front of them so there won’t be any confusion. You can shoot at any cup on the other side and if you make two in a row, you get to shoot again.”
The girls all nodded as they now smiled at one another. “Good luck guys,” Kellie said. “This is definitely going to be fun.”
Katie and Kellie now nervously looked over the twenty cups in front of them. They suspected that they would lose badly but were determined to have fun in the process. “You go first Kat,” Kellie said nervously. Katie looked at her girlfriend furrowing her brow. She, like Kellie didn’t have a lot of experience playing. She now only hoped she wouldn’t miss too badly. Tossing the ball Katie watched as it bounced off the cup and hit the table. Sighing sadly she now looked at Kellie. Kellie appeared nervous, the girl obviously didn’t want to look foolish in front of everyone. Sensing this Katie took her hand and squeezed. “You’ll be fine Kel you can do this,” she smiled. Kellie nervously smiled back. Turning she now tossed the ball, watching it land in Ashley’s cup. “I made it,” she cheered, jumping into Katie’s arms.
Ashley sullenly grabbed her cup as a chill ran through her body. Jennifer looked at her friend as Ashley became 15. The changes were subtle but noticeable. Ashley’s face looked a little younger while her breasts and curves decreased ever so slightly. “Ummm you Okay Ash,” Jennifer stammered. Ashley smiled as she looked at her friend. “I’m good Jen no worries now Cmon let’s do this.”
Ashley and Jennifer now lined their shots up confidently. As they let their shots go they frowned, the shots were slightly off target. Shrugging the girls now watched as Katie and Kellie tentatively picked the balls up. “Don’t get too cocky girls,” Jennifer smirked. “This game isn’t won on the first toss. You got a long way to go if your going to pull this off.”
“You think we can actually do this,” Kellie asked as she looked at Katie. Katie looked over at Ashley and Jennifer before turning to Kellie. “I think you and me can accomplish anything.”
The girlfriends now held hands and smiled, turning they lined up their shots at let them fly. No matter what Katie realized that even if they didn’t hit another shot, they had already won.
