Your mom drives you and your little brother home from from the carnival. At home, you are greeted by your little sister, Suzi. "Wow!" she screams. "You guys got your faces painted! I want my face painted too! I want to be a purple kitty cat!"
"Not tonight," mom says. "You chose to stay here and have a sleep over with your friends. We can paint your face another night."
"But mom!" Suzi complained.
"No buts, now go shower off and get to bed, all of you." Mom ordered.
One by one, we each took a shower and changed into our pajamas. After my brother got out of the shower, I was surprised to see he still looked like a dog. None of the paint had washed off.
"Eric, did you wash your face?" you asked him.
"Did you wash yours?" he shot back.
The two of you ran to the bathroom and stared in the mirror in shock. You still looked like a clown and your brother still was painted like a dog. The shower had not washed it off.
"MOMMMM!" you both yell.
Your mom comes running upstairs, dripping wet and painted like a tiger. "I see you guys are having the same trouble I am." she said. "Why don't you guys go to bed, if it doesn't wash off in the morning, I have something you can try."
You both head for bed, hoping that you can wash the paint off before school tomorrow.
