"I'm done!" Raul shouted and smiled to his cousin. "You're so good! Wow!"
"Hehe. I play a lot with dad." Tony grinned. "Do you want to play something else?"
"No. I'm ok." Raul replied. "I've only played online with my friends. I'll invite you more often!"
"I would like it!" Tony smiled. "I also like to ride bike... although I don't know how I'll do it with Big Willy..."
"Big Willy?" Raul shrugged. "It wasn't that your father's?"
"Well, I can't keep calling it like that." Tony said. "It's huuuge!"

"Tony! Where's Raul?" Lucille asked when she saw her nephew in the kitchen.
"He's coming!" Tony smiled. "What did you do?"
"Hot dogs!" Lucille smiled. "There are enough for both of you!"
"Great!" Tony marveled. "I could eat a horse!"
"Ok. Eat while I use my laptop." Lucille said. "I'll search about your... predicament." She was leaving the kitchen when she saw Raul coming. "Honey. There are hot dogs..."
"Mom, I don't feel well." Raul said, he was holding his gut.
"Oh, honey!!" She ran to hug him. "I can give you some medicine or do you prefer to see a doctor?"
"I don't... *Long burp*" Raul felt embarrassed. "Sorry."
"I'll go for some medicine." Lucille said. "Meanwhile, eat something."
"Are you ok?" Tony asked Raul while he eats his third hot dog.
"I feel dizzy." Raul said as he took a hot dog. "But I'm still hungry. Can you give me the ketchup?"
"Where is... Here it is!" Lucille said after she found the mysterious e-mail from the ones who gave her the pills. "I need help urgently..." She began to type a response.
"You know what? I'm going to take an aspirin." Raul told Tony. "My mom has some on top of the kitchen cabinet."
"Do you need help?" Tony asked.
"No!" Raul smiled. "I found them!" But what Raul didn't know is those weren't aspirin but the male enhancement pills that Lucille had put in a box of aspirin.
"Ugh..." Tony shrugged. "I'm beginning to feel a little dizzy too."
"Here, take one!" Raul said while he gave him a pill. Then, they both swallowed one. "I don't feel anything..."
"Well, I feel better." Tony smiled. "Now, let's keep eating!"
"Are you sure?" Raul was doubting if his cousin was really getting dizzy.
"Yeah. I'm... *Long burp*" Tony spat some food. "I'm not ok! Waah!!"
