So its 2018 Damon 2 is sitting in the

Wiffel Corporation
and although he on the surface is a law abiding citizen of
the Island Nation of Pangolin
with honest dealings in the Shipping Industry
he also runs
Crooked Horses,the worldwide criminal organization that
makes money on horsetracks,prostitution and also
offers folks a new chance at life
via Max's potions and experiments.
So this fourty year old demon stallion disguised as a
somewhat equine featured man sat in his big chair puffing away t a cigar and checking that nights
meeting in the secret basement level where hundreds of bookies
sat by telephones taking bets on the next days horse races around the world.
He also reviewed the short list of his enemies who needed to be
rubbed out.

So Damon 2 got an eraser and rubbed out Max's name and covered the smudge with White Out
just to be safe.
Though he hated his human father Max Wiffel alive was more valuable then Max Wiffel dead.
