A rather typical 17 year old nerd with a blushing face almost ran forward and barely managed to say: "mmay I be the next one?".
Loki quickly looked him up and down and said: "of course you may my boy". "tha tha thank you" the boy stuttered in response; Loki then asked: "what do you prefer my boy bikinis or bras?".
Matthew joyfully responded or for a better term shouted: "bikinis!". Loki then snapped his fingers and everyone watched as the boys suit grew smaller and smaller until they could see nothing but his underwear. Right then Loki snapped his fingers again and Matthews boxer short grew even smaller changed color to red and a bikini top appeared where it should clinging tightly to his chest.
Matthew then carefully touched his bikini top just to make sure it was real. To which Loki said: "do not worry if you try to take it off a new bikini will appear". To which Matthew just nodded and then for fun with some difficulty managed to undo the knots on his back and watched in amazement as a blue top now appeared on him instead and his bottom changing color to match it.
Loki then grinned and said: "do not worry worry though we are far from done", Matthew nodded and said: "it is rather cold standing here barefooted". To which Loki said: "I was about to correct that with a simple question: socks or stockings?".
Matthew thought about it for a bit then asked "can't I choose both here?" to which Loki said: "of course, but I want to know what you would like to wear now". Matthew then said: "stockings it's a party after all". Loki clapped his hand and a pair of thigh-high white satin stockings appeared on his leg.
Loki then said: " do not worry you can take these off and change to some thigh-high socks but you got about a minute to do that and if you don't a new pair of stockings will appear on your legs". To which Matthew just nodded and said: "thank you".
Loki then asked yet another question: "that top of your does look rather silly without anything in it, so tell me what cup size do you prefer?". Being unprepared for that Matthew swallowed and said: "GG-sized"; to which Loki laughed and laughed which made everyone at the prom rather nervous.
He snapped his fingers and everyone gasped as the saw Matthews chest burst outward and formed into the shape of breasts giving him what would be a rather nice cleavage if it was not because he was a boy. Matthew could not resist and almost instantaneously touched them and gasped loudly just by the surprise that they were real and the sensitivity they had.
Loki stopped laughing and said: "as you noticed there I might have increased the sensitivity of your breast by a rather large amount". Matthew just nodded to it though. "Now then, 3 inches or 5 inch heels?". Matthew was rather quick there and said: "3 inches". Loki notted and snapped his fingers again.
To everyone's quick astonishment the white heels that appeared on Matthews feet's was in fact 3 inches however they were stiletto heels and they were very very thin and rather difficult to balance in. Matthew just looked at them and asked: "I can wear any heels I want as long that they are 3 inches right?".
Loki nodded and said: "yes but if you are barefooted for more than 1 min a pair just like that one will appear on your feet's, and now for your final part". he snapped his fingers again and a rather nice looking floral summer dress appeared on Matthew.
"Now unlike poor Jim who decided on not wanting to wear female clothes is stuck in one outfit you can wear all of it as long that it is femenine and not pants".
Matthew nodded and very carefully asked in return: "does this mean I am free to go?" and Loki responded : "yes but you may not leave before I am done with the other guys and about that any other volunteers or do you want to end up in the same situation as Jim?" Loki asked
