The boys went upstairs, too, going to see what ha changed up there. Going down the [now-wider] hall, the boys ran into their mothers. Like the boys' fathers, they were now conjoined and believed that they had always been like this. Just like with the boys' fathers, their heads were arranged from their left-hand side to their right in the same way as the teens. The names of the fifteen family members are listed below.
Debra is the wife and Raymond, and both are the parents of Allen.
June is the wife of Mark, and both are the parents of Dustin.
Lily is the wife of James, and both are the parents of Ty.
Natalia is the wife of Alexis, and both are the parents of Peter.
Rose is the wife of Greg, and both are the parents of Steven.
"Did you boys have a good time at the party?" Debra asked.
"We sure did." Allen said, smiling at his brothers as he said this.
"We're glad you remembered to get back home by curfew," June said.
"Of course we did," Dustin replied.
"We hope you have everything ready for school tomorrow," Natalia told them.
"Yes, we think we do," Peter answered.
"Now, we mustn't be too hard on them, Natalie," Rose said. "We weren't much better than they were at that age."
"It doesn't hurt to push yourself a little, does it?' Natalia replied.
As the other moms began talking, Lily took it upon herself to wish their sons goodnight. Four of the boys returned the sentiment, but Ty simply smiled--it had been a long time since this only child had last seen his mom and dad, and now he had five mothers, and five brothers, all in just one day! It would be hard for any of the boys to sleep tonight: they were too excited by their new lives.
Their moms walked away to their bedroom, where their husbands would later join them. The teens continued to their room, passing their dads' study along the way, before coming to what they believed was Dustin's bedroom door. But inside, the room had no bed, but was filled with a bunch of the things that the teens had had in their own bedrooms before Ty had made his wishes. They came to the realization that since their families had now always been conjoined, they had all lived in one house, and that this must be a spare space for all their stuff. Going to Ty's door, they found their bedroom. It was a wide bed, wide enough for about six people if they were not conjoined, but wide enough for the teens' shared body. They took off their merged clothes, and looked in the dresser for some pajamas. Sure enough, they had five head holes, ten sleeves, and six legs. After turning off the light, the boys lay down in their bed and one by one went off the sleep, wondering what they would do tomorrow.
