One path leads to a tunnel like the kind bicyclists use to ride under major roads. The tunnel looks ordinary except for one thing, it is very well lit. You can't tell where the light is coming from but there isn't a single shadow inside the tunnel. You step closer and step inside and your own shadow disappears. You step back outside and your shadow reappears. You step inside and your shadow disappears. Somehow, even though you cannot see any sources of light, there are absolutely no shadows inside this tunnel.
The tunnel is bent so you can't see out the other end. You walk in further to try and see the other end. You walk until you no longer see any opening either in front of you or behind you. You decide to turn around and get out of this tunnel before you become lost. You walk to where the entrance used to be but now the tunnel just keeps going in both directions. You keep walking back and forth trying to find an exit but all you find is more tunnel.
Not sure which direction you are heading, you just keep walking thinking this tunnel has to have an end somewhere. You walk for miles but the tunnel just keeps going. You turn around and head back. You walk twice as far back but the tunnel just keeps going. However, the tunnel starts changing. The asphalt disappears and the path becomes rough, not something bicyclists would use. The rounded metal walls also become rougher. You think maybe you are walking into a natural rock tunnel but no, that's not quite it. Although everything is rougher, it still looks like man made materials. You don't know what these materials are. They seem like a combination of concrete, plaster and cloth but far rougher than concrete, plaster or cloth should be.
Then you finally see an opening. You head toward it.
