You were taken through several rooms and offices until you were let into the manager's office. They were looking over files and looked up when you entered and gave you a nod.
"Well, Ms. Doe it seems that you've enjoyed your time in our Savannah," one of the managers said and looked at you with a smile. "You've acclimated well to your new body and you've gotten everything we wanted you to get while you were in that Savannah."
"So, what does it matter to you?" You asked and folded your arms over your chest, you had gotten so used to being naked that you didn't care about modesty anymore. Why should you, you were barely human anymore. "Why did you take me out of there anyway? I was happy with my herd."
"Yes, but we wanted to bring you back for a special reason," one of the other managers said. "You see, the Zoo has a special program for our new animals called the mentor program. We put subjects into the various environments so they learn how to be an animal and live like one so that they can teach transformed children that don't have any parents."
You paused a moment, you weren't sure if they meant orphans, foster kids, or if they turned children into one animal without doing the same to their parents. And now since you had the experience of a Zebra mare, they wanted you to teach them how to live like that?
"Why do you want that?" You asked as you looked between them. "Why not just keep them in the Zoo?"
"Part of this Zoo's purpose is to help increase the animal population," one of them said with a shake of their head. "Humans are doing too much damage to life on this planet and we're giving back to it. We're going to do everything we can to help the animal kingdom grow, no matter what the cost."
"Of course you are free to decline, but we can't promise that you'll like the alternative," another manager said. "You will have to be turned into a feral Zebra of course, but you will keep your human mind as long as you agree to participate in the mentor program. We'll even give you the option of returning to your anthro form after hours."
You paused a moment, you realized this may be your only option other than being turned fully feral or being used for who knows what in the hotel. Maybe you'd be able to help out some kids, you took a deep breath before you finally decided.
