“The next victim!” Replied Rachel. “It told me who it was going to be!”
“Who?” Asked her former father.
“I... don’t know.” Rachel answered. “But I can describe him. Brown hair, green eyes, olive skin...”
“His name is Nelson Smith. He picks on everyone in my grade.” Uttered Josephine. “The entire reason I’m an angel is because he tripped me and I landed on the book. He deserves what’s coming to him.”

Meanwhile in the main office Vice Princapal Jackson was ready to explode. “FIFTEEN STUDENTS IN ONE PERIOD!? YOU’RE LUCKY YOU’RE MY STEPSON, OR YOU WOULD’VE BEEN IN BIG TROUBLE, MISTER! TWO WEEKS DETENTION FOR YOU!”
“What the hell am I supposed to DO in detention?” Asked Nelson.
“READ A BOOK OR SOMETHING, DUMBASS!”
—————————————————————
In detention, Nelson was reading a book he found on the ground. All of a sudden, he touched a picture of a demoness, and passed out.

When Nelson came to, he was in the bathroom. He instantly recognized Josephine, but couldn’t recognize the rest. Instantly, he stared at his hand. It was crimson red, not to mention feminine. “What the hell?” He said, only to be taken aback by his feminine voice. Then he took note of the spade-tipped tail, and saw what was going on. “OKAY, WHICH ONE OF YOU SHITS MADE ME A DEMONESS!?”
“The book did,” said the snake-girl. “Long story short, the entire world remembers you as a demoness named Natalie. I’m Dawn, this is Tanya, Rachel, Kate, Stacy, Millie, Willow, and Josephine. We’re trying to destroy that exact book.”
“Alright. Here’s the deal: I’ll help you, but only if I get to destroy the book.”
“Deal,” said Dawn. They shook on it, and got to work.
