As Stacy put the wet sheets in the wash, Jim looked for something in my closet.
”What are you doing in my closet?” I asked.
”Finding something so no one would be able to see what's under that shirt,” Jim said causing me to blush with embarrassment. He pulled out some gym shorts and handed them to me. ”Put those on,” he said. I did what he told me to do and got them on, but they were still too big. He reached down and pulled on the string to make the shorts somewhat fit. Right after he did that I was soon lifted up on his side where he was about to walk outside.
“Where are you guys going?” She asked as we passed her. ”Just going to the store to get Mike actual clothes.” He would. “But wouldn’t that take forever?” ”I’m not buying enough to fill a closet, just the necessities.” “Alright, don’t cause too much trouble.” “You have no hope for me woman.”
He carried me out of the room and into the hallway outside where I soon realized that elevators aren’t my best friend while I’m in this body.
Jim pressed the lobby button and we soon started to drop. Right when the elevator started to move my stomach wasn’t feeling too good. It felt like I was going on multiple loop-the-loops over and over again. I felt like I was about to throw up but the elevator came to a stop and the doors opened. I must have made some kind of face because Jim looked worried.
”You're not going to puke on me right?” he asked. ”No, I'm good. Let's just take the stairs next time please.” I tell him. ”If it avoids you throwing up on me I'm fine with that.”
When we got outside I expected him to take his car, but he walked past the parking lot. He must have thought I get motion sickness and now we were going to take longer.
”Why don't you take your car?” I asked him. ”Because the store is right around the corner and I don't want to waste gas on that,” he says. At least he wasn't making any false accusations because I know I can handle a car ride.
He turns a corner and there was a small convenience store. As we go in, he grabs a cart and rests me in the seat. ”Alright so how old do you think you are?” he asks me as we go down the aisle. ”I dunno, maybe two or three,” I tell him. We must have been decently loud because some random woman walked into the aisle and started cooing at me. ”Wow, a toddler who already can pronounce his words correctly is at most adorable. Is there anything I could help you two with?” ”Yes actually, could you help me find some stuff for this guy?” ”Does he not have clothes of his own?” ”No dry ones currently. That's why I'm also looking for the d-i-a-p-e-r-s for him.” he whispered to her. Obviously he knew what he spelled but the woman didn't so I sat there waiting for them to finish their conversation. ”Alright thank you so much.” Jim says as he pushes the cart toward another aisle.
”Let's just get some pull-ups since I can hold my bladder,” I tell him, but he didn't listen and grabbed a box of pampers. ”Didn't you hear me?” I ask. ”Didn't you see how much that blanket was soaked earlier?” he says making me blush with embarrassment. ”B-but it was an accident. I promise to tell you that I need to go if you get the pull-ups.” I whined. Jim groaned at looked at my puppy dog eyes.
