Toni looked back up at the mirror and pushed her glasses back up her nose. For some reason, the medallion looked...right, like somehow it belonged on her. Like maybe it was meant for her. Shaking her head in an attempt to clear away the strange thoughts, Toni pulled on her pajamas and headed for her computer. However, she did not take off the medallion.
While researching her thesis, Toni's mind kept coming back to the medallion. She attempted some searches online, but found no clues as to either the medallion's origin or the strange writings on the metal. Frustrated and tired, Toni shut off her computer and clambered into bed. Mulling over what to do about the medallion tomorrow, exhausted, she finally fell asleep.

"Huh?" Toni muttered, surrounded by a strange dark mist.
