Your first few days are hell, still in denial of what happened to you. You find yourself wandering aimlessly around the pavillion, trying desperately to make speech but only succeeding in high-pitched purrs. You trip and stumble over your paws and tail a lot, much to the entertainment of your two mistresses. The other plushes come up and pet you occasionally, twanging your long ears back and forth or or shaking your mane.
Though you spend the first few nights as far away from the lioness and the bunny as possible, you gradually find yourself on the floor between them during the night, tail curled aroun them, snoozing peacefully. You start losing memories of your life, your job, your girlfriends, and even your own name. No one has names here. Whenever anyone refers to you they just call you "lion-bunny" which sounds weird at first but gradually you get used to it.
While you may lose your memories you never lose your intelligence. You can still understand what the anthro plushes say and can do simple things that don't require thumbs like jumping up on your hind paws to open a door for your two mistresses.
Speaking of them, they seem more than pleased with you. Both of them spend equal amounts of time stroking you, petting you behind the ears, and alternativley feeding you stuffed carrots and steaks. After a while, you even become protective of them, showing your lion side by growling menacingly whenever anyone gets too close. But your carefree, cute bunny side is what shows mostly.
It's been a few months since your change and you've accepted it fully. However, you inexplicably find yourself in a funk. It has nothing to do with wanting to be human again (you accepted that you never would again while ago), but something....is just wrong. One night, in your corner of the pavillion, you place your head in your paws and pretend to sleep while you hear your two mistresses talking.
"I think something's wrong with lion-bunny." You hear the bunny say. "He really seems to be down lately".
The lioness laughs. "You don't think he still thinks he's people? I thought he accepted his transformation a long time ago. Maybe he wants a new ribbon?"
"No, I just changed it yesterday." The bunny says. "He's lucky we changed him how we did, white goes with every ribbon color." The pair laugh at their joke for a minute before the lioness says, "I think I know exactly what will make him feel better." But you drift off before you find out what it is.
