“So, this is it?” Koel asked, giving the machine a little kick.
Nate flinched, and then nodded.
“Yea, I took the moonlight drink,” Nate replied.
Koel continued to examine the machine, looking up and down the flavours.
“ ‘Dragons Breath?’ ‘Truest From...’ ‘Saytr Groove’ ‘Egypt Root?’” He chuckled reading the list of flavours.
“Yea, they are all exotic.”
“Hmm. Well, don’t take any more. I’d destroy it, if it wasn’t so cool.”
“Why do you want to destroy it?” Nate blurted.
Koal paused for a moumtent, before responding:
“All it would take is one drink poured into a water source to contaminate an entire population. Imagine that? A whole town of monsters. The world isn’t ready for that”
Again, a throbbing primal feeling, Nate’s new inner beast, begged for entertainment. If only Koal would see this.
