Rei heared that one of the methods to make a change permanent is through a small transfusion of blood, he looked at the small whelpling underneath him, playing with his new tail, he slowly sighed, "Kin come here." said Rei, by just hearing this Kin quickly obeyed and went near Rei, "I need to do something real fast, stay still." said Rei as he gently grabbed Kin's small paw, "What awe you dowing?" the small whelpling asked, looking at Rei with puppy eyes, Rei paused for a few seconds as he thinked of a response, "Oh god what do i say." he thought, he quickly came up with an idea, "Sorry but... You're too young to understand." said Rei, he growled in frustration, "I'm a terribile father figure." he thought, he then gently pierced Kin's weak scales, the small whelpling did a small cry of pain, Rei saw a little bit of his weak blood running out, "Alright, the most painful part is out." said Rei, he looked at himself, "Ugh now how do i do this?" he asked, Kin tilted his head in a adorable manner, "Dow whaht?" the small whelpling asked, Rei slowly raised his paw and slowly bit it with his sharp fangs, he growled a little bit in pain, after biting himself, he looked at his paw that was slowly dripping with his blood, "Hold still." said Rei as he slowly placed his hand ontop of Kin's small paw, a small tear of blood dripped from Rei's paw, perfectly hitting the spot Rei pierced, he saw Kin's blood change color as it mixed with Rei's blood, permanently making him a dragon.
Eventually both of their wounds recovered quickly, Rei then picked Kin up as they both flew towards the cave, "Were awe we gowing Mr. Dwagon?" Kin asked, Rei chuckled a little, "To your new home." he said.
After minutes of flying, they both reached the cavern, "Here we are." said Rei as he slowly placed Kin down, who quickly looked around, "It's swo big!" Kin said, as Kin was running around the cavern the sound of thumping made him afraid, he yelped as he quickly ran towards Rei and hid behind his leg, Rei smiled as he saw Lyra slowly appear from the shadows, "Where did you go?" asked Lyra suddenly, this question made Rei smile a little, as he looked at Kin who was still hidding behind him, "Come on Kin, be polite and introduce yourself." said Rei, by just hearing this Kin slowly revealed himself and stared at Lyra, who quickly smilled, "Don't be afraid sweetie, i don't bite." she said with a motherly voice, Kin slowly went towards Lyra, "She's Lyra, she is your new...." paused Rei to clear his throat, "Mother." he finished, by just hearing this Lyra stared at him with a suprised look, only to feel the whelpling hug her leg, Lyra looked at him and giggled she slowly licked the small whelpling, cleaning him.
Rei smilled untill he noticed that Kin looked tired, "Kin, it's bed time." he said, Kin slowly looked at him with a sad look, "But.. I'm nwot twiwed!" the whelpling said, only to be cut off by a yawn, only to fall asleep shortly after, Lyra looked at him and smilled, "I'll take him to the nesting area, i think it will be a good bedroom." said Lyra as she slowly picked the sleeping whelpling up and took him towards the nesting area, only to return, Lyra slowly went towards Rei and kissed him, "Thank you for the treasure and the meat hun, it was delicious." said Lyra as she nuzzled her mate, Rei only smiled, "Glad to hear it." he said as he yawned, Lyra giggled at this, "You're tired, you should get some sleep." she said, Rei sighed, "You're right, i can barelly keep my eyes open." he admited, as he and Lyra went to the nesting area and slowly laid down near Kin, "Good night Lyra." said Rei only to be replied by Lyra, "Good night Rei." she said as they slowly went asleep.
