North Pole - Enigmatic Research Station

We turn our attention to a dark room within this enigmatic station. A lone figure sits at a desk as we see a door open to allow a beam of light to cast a harsh shadow upon them. The figure at the desk appears female, but something is... off about her. It could be the eyepatch over her right eye, or the pitch black lipstick, or the dark jade eyeshadow. Her hair was long and silken, colored black like her lips. She was dressed in the typical sterile white lab coat of a pharmaceutical researcher, a black pencil skirt, black fishnet stockings, and black business heels. Her attention was turned towards the opener of the door.
The figure at the door was also female, although younger than the figure at her desk. She too was dressed in a lab coat, but donned long khaki cargo pants and worn white sneakers instead. She wore round spectacles with five inch wide lenses, and had a mop of brown hair down to her shoulders. A badge labeled "Intern" was displayed on her chest. She seemed out of breath.
"You... called for me... ma'am?" the intern panted.
"Why Mouse, how nice of you to make it," the figure grinned, "I trust you dropped everything to answer me?"
"I-I wouldn't miss being able to speak with the head of the department for the world, Professor Rumpock!" Mouse the intern replied.
"Excellent," Rumpock's tone seemed a bit excited, "You'll have a bright future ahead of you, Mouse, as well as one behind you if all goes to plan."
"Is this part of why you requested me, ma'am?" Mouse asked.
"Of course," Rumpock replied, "After all, I will need the best subject I can get my hands on for my latest test!" She flipped a switch on her desk, turning a spotlight on a mysterious device. It looked like a ray-gun of some sort, part of it shaped like a pair of smooth green human buttocks.
"Is that..." Mouse trailed off a bit, mesmerized by the device, "what we've been working on for the past nine years?"
"Yes it is!" Rumpock enthused,"I give to you the Posterior Engorgement Application Ray! P.E.A.R. if you prefer."
"Wow!" Mouse breathed in amazement.
"It's finally ready to release into the mass market! We'll sell them for $9.99 American and mass produce them at an exponential rate! My dream of a Bootyful world will soon come into fruition!"
"Does it work for sure?" Mouse asked, a twinge of nerves in her voice.
"Well," the professor said as she grabbed the device and aimed it at herself, "SEE FOR YOURSELF!" She pulled the trigger and watched as her butt, thighs, and hips ballooned out with pure juicy fat. Her new juicy hips doubled the width of her shoulders, her round butt stuck out a good foot and a half behind her, and her thighs were thick enough to smash a watermelon. The fat tapered off at her ankles leaving her feet untouched, but her skirt and fishnets were absolutely destroyed, now just scraps of cloth on the floor. Only her overstretched panties survived, if only just barely holding on for dear life.
"It works," she concluded, confidence in her smile.
"The results are amazing, ma'am!" Mouse agreed, "Could you... perhaps... test it on me?"
"I thought you'd never ask, my dear Mouse," Rumpock replied.
