You strip off your clothes and examine yourself in the mirror. Your feet and hands remind you of a frog - is that what you're turning into? You notice the green rubbery skin has moved up your forearms from the former gloves. Examining your legs reveals a similar effect there as the orange color fades to green around your ankles and that green seems to be inching up your shin and calves.
What can you do? 911 doesn't seem like an option. You sit on the bed, watching the slow spread of green up your arms and legs. Touching the areas that have turned green you find the texture smooth, rubbery, and hairless. The change continues until your arms and legs are changed in color and texture, but otherwise seem human (other than your flipper feet).
Your skin starts to feel dry. You remember how you spilled water on yourself earlier and suspect that water will cause further changes. You hope your girlfriend will be home soon as you try to fight the temptation to take a long hot shower.
