With graduation over, it was time to start with some other plans. Fortunately, it was something that was planned for a while.
The first thing that was started was the official construction for the Pi Etta Tau coed fraternity building. This had been on the architecture table for a while, mainly because of the size of some of those who would be living there. The inevitable decision was to have the rooms for the ultraheavyweight and super heavyweight rooms on the ground floor with the lighter rooms on the higher levels.
There were also plans to include a weight room and pool, mainly because of the active lifestyles of many Animalians. But then someone came up with a new soundproofing material that was cheap to produce and easy to install in walls. When that was announced, it was decided to use that as wall filler for Pi Etta Tau, mainly because of what would inevitably happen, and human students wouldn't want to deal with "noise" until two in the morning.
As was promised, a lot of college 'rituals' that had the potential to spread the virus were banned in the new building. This was done as mandatory, but also at the insistence of one fraternity member who had a "next-door neighbor" who consistently "bragged" about all the girls he was having over, much to his annoyance.
There were also a lot of college rituals, a.k.a. hazing, that was also banned in the new building, mainly because some of them were outrageous, according to history. There was also information that Greek life, as shown by movies like National Lampoon's Animal House or Revenge of the Nerds, was nothing like what real Greek life was. For example, hallucinatory drugs certainly weren't used in hazing rituals, neither did "shaming" involve inflicting psychological stress. There was also a ban on using the Animalia Virus as part of any initiation ritual, but if any human managed to find an Animalian bondmate, and filled out the required paperwork, they would be allowed to join Animalia.

The other plans that were revealed was the Air Dinotopia plane that was nearly finished in it's retrofit. All the Dinotopians were looking forward to traveling to Mieni Atoll and Vilcabamba, especially Andrew and Jen. They were already looking at travel brochures for both locations, as well as the newer colonies of Maelewano and New Zerzura.
The Five Elements and Project White Lily were also looking forward to spending a week at the colonies, especially Buford and Aleta. They were especially looking forward to the Luminous Reef nighttime tours. Joshua, on the other hand, was looking forward to seeing Mieni Atoll's War in the Pacific Museum.

There was also another new Project Dinotopia subdivision that was relatively new with the successes of Molly and Nessa.
"There are those who would want to be prehistoric aquatic Animalians, according to the Project Dinotopia website." said one of the Website moderators.
"Nessa and Molly are becoming quite popular, aren't they?" asked one researcher.
"But there is several requests for becoming Dunkleosteus Dinotopians." answered the moderator.
"Why that one?" asked another researcher.
"Mainly because it's been rising in popularity with movies and documentaries, but also because people want to know if a Dunkleosteus is capable of biting through plate armor metal, like in the second Dinotopian book: The World Beneath." said the moderator.
"We can get plenty of samples to create a strand," said a third researcher, "But you can't walk until you learn to crawl. We can start with the easiest one, the coelacanth."
"It's still a little hard to believe that the coelacanth could survive the extinction of the dinosaurs and not be found until the 20th century." said the first researcher.
"What can I say, they're exhibit A for the modern Lazarus Taxon." replied the second researcher.
