While you first found yourself leaning towards the left, you couldn't help but notice the female entrance looked less trafficked and therefor nicer. The wafting sweet aroma was only the cherry on top and, after a quick check to make sure no one was around. Having chosen to go on a Thursday afternoon, it was quite desolate. You hop the divider and trot off into the pink link corridor.
At first i's merely a shaded hallway but then the walls give way to makeshift stables of varying sizes. Overhead, a voice cracked on a voice speaker. It had the worn sound of an old recording.
"As females, your job is to reproduce as much as the Lord needs. He plentiful and accepting of the male in your lift," the 50's stilted male newsreader voice said while you were witness to mechanical animals trying to awkwardly mount each other. Donkeys, lions, a pair of wolves, and even some chickens. "A proper life is a plentiful one, so the lady animals are often both used for breeding and for the other facets of life. Such as the milking of a cow or goat, dogs on a hunt, or even a mount for the journey. You are the backbone and mother of us all."
This continued on for a bit, the animatronics mostly stuttering and missing larger bits of fur and skin in some cases. Still, it was kinda funny.
The path leads down some grated stairs that are a bit more polished that the rest of the ride. When you find yourself at a sleek, tempered steel, you're taken aback when it slickly slides away.
"Please enter to begin simulation game experience," said the 50's voice in a voice so cheery it was almost menacing.
Inside, it slowly dawned on you everything looked like a stable though a bit more high tech. It was a long corridor, but wide enough even for a hippo to fit and high enough for a giraffe with a slight bend in their neck. Straw on the floor and nothing but a touchscreen console near the door showed any signs of life. Walking to that console, your first touch on the Welcome screen shuts and locks the door.
"Please choose female experience. Lucky contestants with 'bullseye' treated to amazing prize," cheered the hokey voice.
On screen, each with an accompanying picture, were dozens and dozens of animals listed. Quickly you realized, each were female and you didn't know exactly was going on but there didn't seem much other choice than to make a choice.
