Ty had done the impossible. Changing the population into dogs? If you had Ty's powers, that would be more than possible. But he did something more than that. Ty was slowly forgetting what it was like to be human. His memories were slowly washing away, like sandcastles at the beach. He had to think quick or he would be stuck like this forever, not only him, but the whole world. Every human being, whether they liked it or not, would be stuck in a canine body with no human intelligence whatsoever. "...um...uh...I w-wish...uh..." Ty was panicking at this point, as you would if you knew that your brain is becoming smaller. Grasping for any idea on what to wish for, he just said whatever he thought at that point.
"I w-wish that we could all turn back to whatever species we were..."
There was a long silence. Ty was breathing heavily, as everybody stopped dead where they were, trying to see if anyone changed. He saw no movement, no signs of change, nothing. Ty felt like all hope was lost. He would be stuck like this and everyone else would just be frozen in time by the last wish, until...
Ty felt his bones shifting in his legs, which felt uncomfortable as the rest of his body was still dog. His legs extended back into shape which allowed him to attempt to stand up straight. While stumbling, his feet went flat so he could grip the floor. Ty looked up at Dustin to see that he was changing at the same rate. Ty could only guess that the same was happening with everyone else. His arms extended to half of the size of his legs, as fingers and thumbs forced their way through his paws. His back was freed from the position of all fours...
...but then it stopped. The transformation stopped half-way. Ty had forgotten half of what a human looked like when he was a dog. The transformation stopped for Dustin as well. He didn't notice it, in his mind, he was still a dumb dog. That meant that the whole population of Planet Earth was part-dog. Ty still had his pointed ears, his dog muzzle, his extended tongue, his wet nose, even his tail, which was uncomfortable for Ty as he noticed that it was still wagging. The only thing that changed was that his brain stopped shrinking to dog size, which he was, at least, thankful for.
Everyone else, including Dustin, still acted like a dog. Even though Dustin could stand and walk on two legs, Dustin crawled on his hands and knees, sniffing the backside of Buddy.
Ty had to fix this.
