After Karyu finished discussing with the dragons, some of them wished to return and become what they were, the others like the azure dragon refused to go back and live amongst humans, they kept seeing them as monsters that don't even care about their dragons.
The dragons that refused to live with humans again shortly flew back into the horizon, meanwhile the others followed Karyu's lead.
Karyu slowly picked Luke up, placing him on his back only to then fly towards the city with the dragons behind him.
After the guards questioned Karyu about what happend to Luke and why he took the dragons here, he took Luke to his home, Karyu quickly explained to Rebecca what happend.
"I will call the local witch, maybe she can do something." Sighed Rebecca, as she tended over Luke.
Before Karyu took Luke home, one of the guards said that Adam needs to speak with him, without hesitation, Karyu went towards the castle.
After a few minutes, Karyu reached the throne room, Adam was sitting on his throne with a worried look, Karyu quickly went towards him and bowed down.
"I heared what happend to Luke." Said Adam as he slowly got up, "And i heared of the dragons you brought back, most of them seemed worthy candidates to be dragons for Riders." finished Adam, "But, aside all of this, i have some serious bad news." Quickly spoke the king as he took a dagger made from an unknown iron.
The iron had a jet black color with fine carvings on it, "One of the cultists infiltrated inside the city and killed the dragon of a Rider with it, the smiths of the village couldn't recognize the iron, they quickly started calling it 'Dragon's Bane'." said Adam, "May i take a look your highness?" asked Karyu as he slowly went towards Adam who placed the dagger on the ground for Karyu to inspect.
Karyu eyed the dagger for seconds he slowly reached one of his claws towards it, as his sharp claws made contact with the dagger, it felt like his skin was stinged multiple times by an unknown force, it didn't hurt but it didn't feel good either.
"I will take the dagger with me, when Luke wakes up i will tell him what happend." Said Karyu as he slowly took the dagger, he gave Adam a final bow before he left the throne room and took flight towards the horizon.
After minutes of flying, Karyu reached Luke's house, he opened the door and....
