Shortly after the uplifting of the coelacanths, Animalia was shaken rather vigorously though not in a bad way. The drug lord's menagerie and possessions arrived in Animalia, and the great hall was now hosting a showing all of the things seized from there.
While Heather and Jeremy were officially in the planning stage of their honeymoon, they decided to stop and see the exhibition. During the show, they were a little upset that both Project Dinotopia, and the Five Elements would be accompanying them, but because it was a colony tour separate from Animalia Ambassadoria's own, they didn't mind too much, especially since Polly new next to nothing about the other colonies.
The official colony tour itinerary was that they would be starting at the oldest of the colonies, Mieni Atoll, then moving on to Vilcabamba, Maelewano, and finishing with New Zerzura. Joshua would be coming with mainly to see the War in the Pacific Museum, while the Five Elements would be coming with to learn more about Animalia that they were now part of, and that SAMAS wouldn't be taking place until later in June. The two coelacanths, who had taken the names Darla and Maya, were planning to do their own colony tour after their acclimation classes were finished.
The only thing that mattered to Julius was the two leucistic lionesses that had arrived. After their uplifting, he was double-dosed into an outstanding specimen of male lion with white fur and black mane. However, he had to meet his new Lion clan, which was amusing (for spectators) but nerve-wracking (for Julius). But ultimately the patriarch of the Lion Clan accepted him as a new member.
The female caecilian was the first "target" for Project Chimaera. Her was another case of 'oddly interesting', mainly because she didn't spontaneously grow legs like she did arms, but instead was able to rise up on her tail and "walk" like the Snake Animalians. Because of this, Cecelia, as she now called herself, was taken as the "missing link" between amphibians and snakes even though that wasn't how real snakes evolved.
