Crackling, writhing, the fleshy limbs began to take on more humanoid shape, Vipress practically crying with pain as she sought comfort in Rick's arms, leaning against his warm and pale flesh.

"It's almost over, Vipress." Rick consolved with a soft whisper, pulling her closer and putting her new right arm over his back. She was so huge now. When he turned back, the snake was staring down at her chest in confusion. "I am tingling." She said in alarm.
