Jennifer’s skin tingled and unfortunately she knew a change was happening as her hair and eyes began to tingle as well. She groaned and began to rub her eyes like she was having an allergic reaction. Her body didn’t expand or shift around but the surface tingled and itched like crazy. Tristan seemed to be oblivious to this discomfort and simply kissed Jennifer on the forehead. She fell down on the towels groaning and catching random glimpses of her skin which seemed to be slightly paler than normal. The itching began to stop and Jennifer opened her eyes and blinked suddenly freed from her transformation. Nothing seemed to have changed, or at least she thought that until a strand of hair fell between her eyes. She stared at it and grabbed her hair drawing it out so she could see it all. Red, it was all red. A bright childish red that would eventually fade into a beautiful auburn. Jennifer couldn’t believe it. That wasn’t the only shock she would get though as her eyes had turned green and freckles now crossed the bridge of her nose, lined her shoulder and chest, and dotted along the outside of her arms. For now however the red hair just perplexed her. It was something a child wouldn’t marvel at but since she was an adult in a child’s body it stuck out to her. That hair colour kids got teased about but learned to appreciate as adults due to its rarity and appeal. The sunscreen had done this to her and by the time she finished marvelling her father had squirted some sunscreen on his own hands prepared to lather himself up with it and induce a change of his own.
