I sigh as I reach over to take a sip from my glass of water during the loading screen. I’d been playing this really difficult game the past few months, and I had been stuck on this one boss fight. My character pops onto screen, her majestic breasts, covered by what could barely be called clothing, jiggle about as she rolls out of the way of a massive sword. A failed dodge and a ‘You Died’ screen appears. I reach over to grab another sip of water, to realize it was empty. Sighing again, I get up to go fill the glass.
As you can tell my summer vacation has been quite dull, with my parents constantly at work and my friends all on big trips, leaving me home to myself and my video games. I’m almost about to sit down again when I hear a sudden knock on the door. I jump back to my feet and walk over, I wasn’t expecting any visitors or packages, so I feel a tinge of excitement, however I try not to get my hopes up so I’m not disappointed. I open the door, to find no one outside. I look down, seeing a medium sized box on the doorstep. I says it's addressed to me ‘Nate Kent’ Looking one last time to see if I could see any delivery person to no avail, I shrug, and bring it in.
I open it up with some scissors, endless possibilities of what it could be running through my head. Once I finally get it open all I find is a simple metal what looks to be a hard-drive, a couple of cables, and a strange what kinda looks like an iphone, but not quite. I take all the assorted objects out, still with not clue as to what it could be. I find a label on the drive and portable device, that read ‘Chronivac 5.0’ and under it ‘TransDem Labs.’ I pull out my phone really quickly to look them up, however I’m not able to find anything actually related to it. Noticing a usb cable, I decide to try hooking it up to my computer.
I grab all the stuff and head to my room. My hand wavers a moment before I plug the device in, wondering if it had any kind of viruses on it, however I reason that there was nothing really important on my computer anyways, and it's not like it could get much slower. I plug it in, and turn on the drive. It whirrs a moment as it turns on, and then an icon appears on my computer’s desktop. I double click it, and it opens up a small window that has a simple text box, with ‘name’ written above it. I start typing ‘Nate’ in, however underneath my full name appears. I’m a bit worried for a moment, however I reason it’s probably auto filling with my name that’s already on the computer. I click the option, and it switched to a loading bar for a couple of seconds, and then opens a new window that fills most of the screen opens.
My heart nearly stops, it had a perfect 3D model of me loaded into the program on the left side of the window. I click it, moving around the model. I notice a series of check boxes going down along the side of the model viewfinder, which was oddly different clothing pieces. On the right side were a bunch of tabs, and as I scroll through them the lower I get the more… weird they get, like what the hell does ‘inanimate’ supposed to mean? I go back up, and open the basics tab. Under it was a bunch of slider bars some with a numerical value to the side, like age, which was set to 16. The options looked remarkably similar to a video game character editor, except way more advanced, and well, as I looked through more tabs, creepily accurately detailed, down to private stuff like dick length. However, my curiosity was greater than my unease, so I go back to the basic tab, and decide to try making something interesting, I mean, why the hell not?
I start by messing with the...
