You sigh as you look over the job listings again. It's been a couple of months since you lost your job and the search has been... slow to say the least. You need to find a job soon, or you're going to need to make other living arrangements. You're about to give up for the day when you see an ad for scientific experiments. 'All kinds of participants needed for different experiments. Walk-ins welcome.' Normally, you would have dismissed the ad right away, but you do need the money. You figure that you should at least check it out.

A short drive away, and you find yourself parking in front of the building. It looks pretty nondescript for an experimental facility, but you figure that it's just to keep any protesters away.
Inside, you are greeted by a perky secretary that would look at home in a playboy magazine. "Hello! My name is Melody. Are you here to sign up for an experiment? We have several open to people of all genders and ages. If you could just fill out this form and return it to me, then we will be able to get you in right away. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me." She says, handing you a clipboard.
The sheet has the standard stuff about name, age, height, weight, blood type, etc... The part that you're more interested in is the list of experiments that you can sign up for.
