Edwin went into his new classroom, sitting down in his seat, ready for school to begin. He did wanna use the Chronivac and have a little fun with it, but he'd have to find someone to change first. Even though his new emerging childish mindset didn't like the thought of having to wait for a target, something told him that he wouldn't have to wait very long.
Looking around, he saw all of his classmates sitting their seats, recognizing their faces from brand new memories that began to pour into his head. There was the athletic yet tough looking Jack, the school bully, the orange haired environmentalist Ellis, who was apparently his best friend in this reality, and the blonde yet shy Kara, who Ellis had said had a crush on him repeatedly in the memories that Edwin was getting.
As the children were getting more and more restless, the teacher, Ms. Santos, finally walked in, a frown on her face. Not acknowledging the children sitting in front of her, she simply sat down and began to teach the lesson, going on in a droning monotone voice, which nearly put Edwin to sleep.
"She's not always like this, is she?" Edwin whispered to Ellis, who was sitting on his right. "Is she always this boring?"
Ellis gave Edwin a funny look, hiding a snow white bunny in the folds of his jacket. "What do you mean, Edwin? She's been this way from day one... Is something wrong?"
"No, nothing's wrong..." Edwin said, brushing it off. If this kept up, he'd not only be bored out of his mind, but turning back into a ten year old would've been all for nothing! Luckily, he thought to himself, I've got the Chronivac.
Subtly taking out the black emitter, he began to enter changes, preparing to turn Ms. Santos into a....
