While everyone at the Animalia Summer Events were more focused on the A-BC, the UFC-A, SAMAS, or some of the other, more physical events, there was plenty going on for learning, both from the other colonies and from elsewhere.
One such thing was a traveling exhibition of replicas of the burial treasures found in Ahmose II's tomb. Some of the more surprising things that was exhibited was found in one of the chests. While the bundles of cloth found in it were confusing at first, one archaeologist confirmed it to be ancient, New Kingdom-era... underwear. That generated a new meme later on which said, "No matter where you're going, you're going to need clean underwear." The picture showcased both Ahmose II and the chest where the underwear was found.
The other thing that was really surprising was the display of twelve of the 24 walking canes/crutches found in the tomb, one of which was actually inside Ahmose II's sarcophagus. According to the records, Ahmose II suffered from a battle injury that crippled his ability to walk in his mid-fifties. But not only did he recover, he continued to rule until his death at age 87.
Another such thing that was included was a short video that talked about famous "Mummy's Curses" that had real deaths tied to them as well as other superstitious events tied to them, from the famous "Death comes on swift wings" inscription tied to Tutankhamen, to others. Most of these were debunked by Melbourne and other professional Egyptologists, and blamed on "rookies" not being careful on opening Egyptian tombs.

Alongside Ahmose II's treasures were the treasures of the Ogrullo de Fernando, found off the coast of Skull Island. There were plans to showcase them in Spain before putting them in the planned museum, mainly because the Fernando was an important part of Spain's history. It was also revealed that the Fernando wasn't known as the Gold Skull Hoard until after Andrew Jackson captured Skull Island while James Monroe negotiated with Spain for Florida.
While most of the weapons found in the Fernando were inoperable due to the long centuries of burial at sea, a professional weapons maker managed to use them as "guides" to make fully functional replicas. This was because each weapon was tightly wrapped in oilcloth to keep them functional in case of attack by pirates, but weren't enough to protect them from centuries of immersion in saltwater. There were videos made of experts firing the replicas, both to show what Spanish Colonial-era firearms were like, and to show what kind of damage they could do.
Before the official unveiling/handing-over ceremony to the aquatic Dinotopians, the re/construction of the replica of the Fernando, officially known as the Heredero del Fernando was going to be sailed from out of sight of Skull Island to the Island itself as a kind of symbolic "handing over" of the island to the Dinotopians from Spain. Animalia Ambassadoria was looking forward to covering it, though it wouldn't take place until August, despite the Heredero del Fernando being built in a modern shipyard.
