When Ethan saw Dave, he was taken aback by how covered up Dave was - not to mention it smelled like he bathed in deodorant.
Ethan coughed a bit "Man you sure smell FREsh today." Ethan jokingly said, his voice cracking midway. Ethan's adam's apple was slightly prominent on his neck now as his body was continuing to change.
"Yeah I'm feeling sick too so don't get too close." Dave mumbled in his deep voice. "My throat is killing me. Let's do the homework - I'll do 1 through 5 and you do 6 through 10."
"You just want to do the first 5 because they're easier" Ethan joked as he scratched the top of his larger feet.
"Shut up" Dave said as they both went to work on their advanced algebra homework. As they began to work, Dave started to work up a mad sweat for some reason, he knew this deodorant wouldn't hide his smell for long.
To make matters worse, Dave was struggling to answer these easy problems. He managed to get the first 2 done in almost 10 minutes before he slowed down even further. It took him about 4 minutes of thinking on one question before Ethan chimed in.
"Ok I'm done with my section, are you finished?" Ethan asked.
"Sorry man I can think straight I'm so sick" Dave didn't realize his mind was slowing down and his knowledge of math and science was being pushed out to make room for sports and sex. His jock mind was now taking advantage of Ethan for its own gain. "Can I just copy your work today, I'll do the homework for you next time." Dave was surprised he said this; he usually hated cheaters.
"Don't you hate cheating? What's with the change of heart?" Ethan asked, scratching his legs through his jeans as thick prickly hairs started to grow around the ankles up to his larger calves.
"Come on dude, don't be that way" Dave was starting to get...angry? (Why would he be pissed at his best friend? Because he isn't helping him out that's why!) "Dude..." Dave was starting to sound and act more like a jock as his body chemistry changed permanently, changing Dave into a true jock as his body bulked up with muscle, leaving Dave at a hulking 6 foot 5. It was a good thing he was bundled up and hunched down so well or else both boys would have noticed the change.
"What's your prOBLem!?" Ethan's voice cracked deeper again as his adam's apple now bobbed up and down as he spoke.
