"Listen," Katie stated. "This is something I have to do and I have to do it alone."
"Katie are you sure," Kellie pleaded.
"Yeah," Katie sighed. "I won't put you all in this situation. Right now the necklaces are protecting us but for how much longer. The headaches are getting worse."
"What do the headaches have to do with this," Claudia asked.
"Right now the necklaces are protecting us from being transformed," Katie stated. "But it requires a tremendous amoumt of power. Thats why we have headaches, its draining our magic. If the necklaces fail not only would we become younger but the magical backlash could make the world alot younger as well."
"How much younger," Mary Elise asked.
Katie frowned as she touched her necklace. "At least a hundred years," she said quietly. "And chances are quite a few of us wont exist. Those that do because of magic may find themselves stuck having to relive the past 100 years over again."
Katies friends now gave eachother concerned looks as Katie turned to Gloria. "Gloria," she sighed. "I...I know things havent been great between us lately but this is too serious. Im trusting you. Make me younger and help the family."
Katie now placed her hand in Gloria's smiling at her young sister. "I trust you Gloria," she said warmly. "Now do this for your soon to be little sister."
Gloria nodded as she now wished Katie to become an infant.
