It would become known as the West Side miracle. West High mounted an epic comeback in the fourth quarter tjat was finished off by a 50 yard field goal. The kicker, (who was a skinny sophmore walk on) had never even come close to hitting a field goal that long. West Highs fans were ecstatic when the boy cleared by 10 yards.
"I cant believe you turned the kicker into a world class soccer player," Mika laughed.
Claudia shrugged, grinning impishly at her friends and fiancee. "What," she said, feigning innocence. "We all know that kid didnt have a chance in hell of hitting it without some help."
"Just glad we changed everyone back," Kellie sighed. "Not trying to draw any attention while we're in town."
Katie smiled at her friends as she now thought of what they had done. The girls had impressed her with the magic they jad performed. All of them had altered the team slightly useing their pendants to make the team stronger, larger, more muscular. She had to admit they had done great work, most of the magic they oerformed isually involved ageing individuals, that they had altered the team without affecting their age or reality filled her with pride.
"So what do we do now," Maary Elise asked. Katie glanced at her phone, checking the time. "Well Gloria is still going to be almost 2 hours," she said. "Want to head to Ashleys?"
Katies friends nodded as they made their way to their cars.
The drive to Ashleys was uneventful as the girls pulled in. The Moore home could easily be described as a mansion. The large Victorian home possessed at least 20 rooms, with an expansive front lawn and a tall fence surrounding it. In high school the girls had originally been at odds. Ashley and Jen were stuck and snobby in their youth, which they outgrew over time. By senior year the two girls were a part of Katies inner circle (minus the magical artifacts).
Parking in Ashleys expansive driveway the girls could see the brunette sorority girl waving from her porch. "Hey guys glad you could make it."
"Hey Ash how are things," Kellie said warmly.
Ashley shrugged as she hugged Katie and her friends. "Okay so far," she said. "Jen and Shiro are already inside. So is Angie and a couple of other girls from the house."
"Ugh Angie Hart is here," Claudia groaned.
Katie fidgeted slightly as she saw Mika pull Claudia to the side. Angie was one of the girls in Ashleys sorority house. Unlike Ashley and Jen, who had outgrown thwir mean girl ways, Angie seemed to fully embrace it. Angie far too often came into conflict with Claudia, flaunting her wealth, intelligence and beauty. Claudia, while beautiful, often felt jealous of Angies d cup breasts, long legs and model looks.
"Claud," Mika warned. "Will you relax. Were not here to start a fight. We're here to have fun."
"Not my fault that bitch makes too many short jokes, " Claudia grumbled. Mika smiled kissing her finacee tenderly. "Hey who cares. I think your the perfect height for me. " Mika now playfully swatted her girlfriends rear, causing Claudia to jump in surprise.
"Can you two avoid dry humping in my house," Ashley laughed. "Daddy just cleaned the carpets."
Following Ashley, Katie and her friends entered the home amazed by its beauty. A marble staircase descended into the large foyer. Looking to the side they could see Ashley had spared no expense for her sorority sisters, a fully catered meal lay out before the guests. As Katie and the others marveled at the home a leggy blonde girl slowly approached.
"Ash," Angie called. "The girls were looking for you. Apparently they wanted to talk to you about some house business." As Angie approached she glowered at Katie and her friends. "What are they doing here?"
"I invited them," Ashley stated. "Just like I invited Jen. Now relax okay."
Angie frowned as she looked at Katie and the others. While Katie and hers rrlationship was icy, she reserved her greatest animosity for Claudia. Now the taller blond glared at the shorter girl in front of her.
"Claudia," she sneered. "Well this is a surprise. I could of sworn we had a height requirement posted out front."
"No," Claudia growled. "But I did see something about a snotty bitch limit being reached."
Angie smirked as now looked at Mika. "And who is this," she said coldly. Mika grasped Claudias hand as she now gazed at the tall sorority girl. "Im her fiance Mika."
"Fiancee," Angie mused. "Isnt that adorable. Im sure its going to be the cutest little lesbo wedding ever."
Before Mika and Claudia could answer Angie spun away to look at Ashley. "Your friends are cute and all but dont forgwt who your sisters are Ash." Without another word Angie sauntered away, leaving Claudia to silently rage.
"So that's the cunt you talked about," Mika asked, angrily glaring at Angie.
Claudia nodded. "Yeah," she grumbled. "Ever since we first met she just irritates the hell out of me. Acting like Im some insignificant nothing because I didnt want to join her stupid sorority. She keeps trying to steer Ashley away but Ashley wont have any of it, probably why the head of the sorority put Ash in charge of rush week instead of her."
As Mima looked at Claudia a impish grin slowly spread across her face.
"No," Samantha groaned. "No you wouldn't."
"Why not," Mika smirked. "You know she deserves something and what better time than when were all together."
"I say go for it," Mary Elise said quickly.
"Seriously," Katie answered amazed. Mary Elise nodded as she looked towards Angie. "Absolutely," Mary answered. "Someone like that definitely needs some come upance. She seems like a super bitch."
"Well if Mary Elise is on board I say go for it," Kellie shrugged. "You have to be a asshole to piss her off."
Katie nodded as the girls now mischieviously looked at the tall, snobby sorority girl. The only thing they needed to figure out was what theu would do.
