The accursed pill weighed heavily in Jenifer's hand. She did not know what would happen to poor person that ate it and that intrigued her and drove her desire to experiment.

Clarrissa didn't show up to cheer-practice that day nor the following Wednesday. But, they did share another block on Thursday. Jenifer was in for a surprise.

Clarrissa didn't expect Jenifer to believe her. Jenifer had no problem believing her. In fact, she was glad. This ment meant that the rumors were true. Clarrissa recalled the exact wording of Stephanie's curse. Jenifer was the only person that was she mentioned by name. Maybe that was way she was the only other person who could see Clare's horse-meat.
