Not too long after Katie and the girls arrived at Katie's childhood home, the guests all began appearing. There were Katie and her group of friends, then of course, there were Gloria and her friends (including young Ann). Lisa and Jason arrived not too long after and so did Cole, Kumiko along with baby Tom. Both Gloria and Felicia had asked Nate and Adam to come to the party as well so they could meet their friends and family. Soon enough some of Ashley's sorority girls even arrived, Angie included. Gloria was a little bit surprised to see Mr. and Mrs. Chipman arrive at the party.
"Mr and Mrs. Chipman what are you two doing here?" Gloria asked coming up to them as they were talking to Reiko.
"Oh, hello Gloria, well you see Reiko actually invited us over, because she wanted us to meet her future daughter in-law." Ms. Libby Chipman explained.
"Yes, I thought that since I'm always meeting my daughter or other daughter's friends, then maybe they should meet some of mine." Reiko chuckled as Libby and her husband chuckled too.
"So are you guys enjoying yourselves?" Gloria asked as Ann happened to come up beside them.
"Yes, but I can't say that about our son, Clyde." Libby said pointing to her son who looked to be about 16 years old.
"Maybe he'd enjoy it more if we went up to talk to him, right Ann? Ann?" Gloria looked over at her young goth aunt to see her staring off into space as she gave a little smile looking towards Clyde.
"Oh....I see what's going on here." Gloria smirked looking at Ann.
"What? What is going on? Nothing is." Ann blushed.
"Oh, is your friend here getting a little crush on my boy?" Libby asked.
"No, I just....I just like his....shirt." Ann said trying to hide her embarrassment.
"Hey, Ann, what's wrong? Just go over and talk to him." Gloria said taking Ann aside.
"Gloria, I don't know if you remembered this, but I'm a middle age woman reliving her teenage years." Ann reminded her.
"Yeah, but you don't have to start dating this guy, just go and talk to him." Gloria suggested to Ann as she went over to talk with Clyde Chipman.
