"...donkey"
"Yeah, right. How could I be a donkey? That's impossible. Donkey, pfft. I couldn't possibly be a... a... a..." I looked down at my feet. Hooves. Solid, strong, black hooves. Surrounded by my fur covered arms. I look behind me. A tail. Grey fur covered tail with black hairs at the end of it. My feet have also changed too into black hooves, meaning that my arms are now my front legs. I focus my attention to my face. My nose and my mouth have now merged together into a muzzle, with my nostrils extended. My hair has changed colour to a pure black, stretching all the way to my back. Something flops in front of my sight, and as I notice it, it twitches back up. It's my ears. My donkey ears. I hear the genie chuckle.
"What have you done to ME?!" I yell.
"I have given you your desire. You wanted to know what it was like to be an animal, and now I'm giving you that chance"
"WHAT?! I never wanted to be a donkey"
"Your desire never specified what animal you wanted to become, but it wanted to know what it would be like to be a farm animal"
"I have never desired this! Change me back, change me BACK!"
"Your desire feels differently about you becoming an animal. I'm afraid I can't do that until the desire is satisfied. Until then, you are to become a donkey living on a farm. You will be able to keep your human mind, as well as talk to other donkeys and animals, but you can't speak to humans. They will not understand you. They will see you as a common farm animal. Until your desire is fulfilled, I will see you again"
The bright light appeared behind me, as I felt myself being sucked into a portal. "WAIT, NO! You can't just leave me like this! Change meee-haaww. Meee-haaww. Hee-haw" I try to communicate, but the genie's power made me bray so people couldn't understand me. I try and try, but all that came out was brays. My whole body was being pulled back into this portal, as my eyes couldn't see anything but blinding lights. I closed my eyes...
...and when I opened them up, I was in a field. A green, grassy field. I frown as I know where I was. I was in a farm, stuck into a donkey's body, for what could be the rest of my life.
