For some reason, a rabbit just seemed like the right choice to change Jeff's mother into. As soon as he thought that, the details of his mother changed, her species was now listed as Rabbit. Jeff continued to change the details of his mother. The percentage of the transformation from human to animal was 50%, making sure that he still had his mother intact. The time that the transformation took was one minute. Jeff then thought "Well, if I want it done quickly, I have to half that amount of time", which then made the time go from one minute to 30 seconds as soon as he finished that thought. Jeff wanted to make sure that the transformation didn't hurt her, so he made the transformation pleasurable for her to go through, although he didn't want to make her aware that she was changing. He wanted to make sure that everyone believed that she was a rabbit for all of her life, so he made sure that the details altered reality. As soon as he was ready, a pop-up blocked half of his vision as it read out:
To complete transformation, raise hand and say "Transform".
Jeff raised his hand, towards his mother and said "TRANSFORM!"
Jeff just watched as his mother's ears stretched up, moving onto the top of her head, as perfectly shaped rabbit ears now replaced her once human ears. Her toes shifted as only three remained on each foot. Her nose began to turn pink and twitched as her upper lip connected to the bottom of her nose. Her two front teeth extended outwards, touching her bottom lip as it reached rabbit-like proportions. Her cheeks pushed out strong strands of hair which made her new whiskers. White fur covered her whole entire body like a warm blanket, as her jaw pushed out a bit to create her new muzzle, and her spine jutted out to create her tail, which was covered in a more fluffier fur.
The transformation ended. Lauren, Jeff's mother, was now a half human half rabbit person. Jeff was stunned, but he couldn't help but smile. Her eyes unglazed and was now staring at the stunned Jeff.
"Could you get the rest of the groceries, daring?"
It worked. She didn't even notice that she was a rabbit now. "Of course I can, Mom".
